TECHNOLOGIES AND COMPONENTS

Pezzol Industries takes pride in its manufacturing tradition and its historic ability to transform the finest raw materials into finished products. Throughout its decades-long history, Pezzol has developed and honed methodological knowledge and technologies for the design, manufacturing, and transformation of manufacturing products and devices. Specifically, the transformation technologies include the development of innovative and advanced direct injection processes onto uppers, assisted by robots and supported by Industry 4.0 development programs. This makes the Pezzol production site a place where tradition meets innovation.

BUBBLE “PLUG IN” system

Heel insert with exclusive “PLUG-IN” system made of soft shock absorbing cushion in polymer spheres material (Bubble), anti-fatigue and energizing cushion. The system is composed of TPU shell that guarantees the correct foot position by preventing the deformation of the shock absorbing cushion (bubble) and favoring the plantar stability.

X-WEAVE

The latest technologies in high-tenacity polyester and polyamide weaving are encapsulated in this high-performance product. This fiber is specially designed and constructed for seamless footwear, featuring single-piece uppers with different weave patterns for various functional areas. It is extremely flexible, breathable, and resistant to tearing and abrasion.

TPU PROTECTION ELEMENTS

To enhance safety, Pezzol Industries has developed specific supplementary TPU protection elements. These are applied to the front and rear of the footwear to provide increased protection against impacts, friction, and to shield the upper from direct contact with liquids.

SBX SYSTEM

The TPU SBX stabilizers are designed to wrap around the ankle, ensuring perfect balance control during walking. They provide stability, comfort, and protection even on uneven surfaces.

DNX SYSTEM

An innovative ergonomic protection system developed by Pezzol, made with a specially reinforced TPU. Due to its high impact resistance, this TPU provides reliable and durable protection in potential impact situations.

ICE GRIP

A rubber compound designed to maintain good flexibility and comfort even at low temperatures. ICE GRIP technology incorporates fibers within the rubber matrix to drain and absorb liquids on icy surfaces, significantly reducing aquaplaning effects between the sole and ice. This ensures that slip resistance remains unaffected. 

ESOLIGHT

An exclusive super-flexible system made from dual-density polyurethane, Esolight 1.0+2.0. The Esolight 1.0 polyurethane midsole, composed of low-density microcells, enhances energy absorption, while the Esolight 2.0 polyurethane outsole, with high density, ensures greater durability and slip resistance.

SMART INJECTION

A specialized technology resulting from the interaction between sole mold construction and the injection process. It allows Esolight 2.0 polyurethane to achieve controlled thicknesses, providing soles with high levels of lightness and flexibility while ensuring durable and comfortable footwear.

PZX E PZ88

Lightweight fiberglass toe caps with high mechanical performance, conforming to EN 12568/22568, standards. These caps are nonmagnetic and feature a sporty design. Impact and compression test results exceed European and international standards. Even over time and under significant temperature fluctuations, these toe caps maintain their protective qualities. Their special layered composition ensures lasting protection in all conditions: hot, cold, humid, or dry, for years.

COMPO200

A polymeric toe cap with impact resistance of 200J according to EN 12568/22568 standards. It is non-magnetic and lightweight, providing thermal insulation for the foot and enhanced protection.

ALU200

An aluminum toe cap with impact resistance of 200J according to EN 12568/22568 standards. The reduced thickness of the material ensures extreme comfort, offering more internal space and greater lightness compared to steel toe caps. 

STEEL

Stainless steel toe caps that provide superior protective performance beyond EN 12568/22568 requirements. Corrosion resistance treatments guarantee consistent protection and long durability.

TX ZERO PL

Multilayer textile puncture-resistant insert compliant with the EN 12568/22568 standard. TX ZERO provides superior protection against penetration by a 4.5 mm conical nail while maintaining maximum flexibility and high comfort. TX ZERO is intrinsically antistatic, ensuring that its resistance to penetration from the sole is maintained while remaining electrically insulating.

TX ZERO STRONG PS

TX ZERO STRONG is an advanced version of TX ZERO, featuring a multilayer textile puncture-resistant insert that meets the new EN 22568 standard. Designed to block penetration by a 3.0 mm conical nail, TX ZERO STRONG utilizes high-tenacity fibers to offer flexible weaving that adapts to foot movement. It is intrinsically antistatic, though it can be manufactured without antistatic properties if needed, preserving its resistance to penetration while remaining electrically insulating. The innovation extends to materials as TX ZERO STRONG can be made from recycled polyester fibers.

TX ZERO STRONG PS INSULATING

TX ZERO STRONG INSULATING is the natural development of TX ZERO STRONG. It is compliant with both the European standard EN ISO 22568 and the ASTM F2413 standard. It protects the foot from the risk of penetration by a 3.0 mm conical nail, and in products marked with ASTM, it also contributes to electrical insulation, safeguarding against electrical discharges up to 20,000 V.

INOX

Steel puncture-resistant insert compliant with the EN 22568 standard. Provides a high level of protection and safety for the footwear.
